从一个日常采购的“救火队员”蜕变成一个“空中消防员”

    成功故事的总获胜者是经由圆桌会议选举产生的来自中国的李全佳。他从一个日常采购的“救火队员”蜕变成一个“空中消防员”，运用MLS-SCM的理念和知识通过集中采购和影响供应商，降低成本以及提高效率，预防日常采购中的“火灾”。作为优胜者，他被邀请免费参加下一次的ITC MLS-SCM的区域活动。

The overall winner of the MLS-SCM success stories – voted by the roundtable - was Mr. Li Quanjia from China, who was transformed from a “fire- fighter” fighting daily purchasing “fires”, to a Sky Fire-fighter, empowered to apply MLS-SCM concepts and models to centralise & leverage suppliers, improved cost savings and productivity, preventing the daily purchasing “fires”. He was awarded an all-expense paid trip to attend the next regional ITC MLS-SCM event.
